*Job Summary *

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Data Scientist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning,
Python, and SQL, with the ability to analyze data, build predictive models, and deliver
actionable insights.

*Must-Have Skills *

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Science.
• Strong knowledge of Statistics (Probability, Hypothesis Testing, Regression
Analysis, Statistical Inference)
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised and
Unsupervised Learning)
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn,
Matplotlib)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation along with knowledge of data
cleaning, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities with strong verbal and
written communication skills.

*Good-to-Have Skills *

• Experience with Streamlit for building interactive applications
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of Deep Learning concepts and frameworks
• Experience with Jupyter Notebook
• Familiarity with Agile development practices

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and solve business problems.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Create meaningful visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide
data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain data science applications using Python and Streamlit.
• Use Git for code versioning and collaboration.
• Document methodologies, models, and findings effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in Data Science and Machine
Learning.

*Qualifications *

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,
Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
