Voltry is building the underwriting layer for GPU compute. We produce cryptographically signed condition and provenance records for GPU fleets, giving lenders, investors, and rating agencies the asset-level data they need to treat compute hardware as financeable collateral. Our condition records are live and in use today.
We've deployed our monitoring probe on thousands of GPUs already operating in the field, capturing live condition data on the exact assets lenders need to underwrite. That deployed base has produced the largest GPU reliability dataset assembled for this purpose, well beyond the public academic benchmarks the field has relied on to date. Our physics-informed models turn that data into condition and remaining-life estimates lenders can underwrite against.
The market is enormous and structurally underserved. Tens of billions of dollars in GPUs sit on balance sheets and in data centers with no standard way to verify condition, provenance, or residual value. Structured credit desks, private lenders, and rating agencies are actively working with us to change how this asset class gets underwritten. GPU-backed debt is becoming a real asset class, and Voltry is defining the standard.
We're hiring a senior commercial leader to own our institutional relationships as that category takes shape.
What you'll own
Lead and close relationships across ABS and securitized products desks, private credit funds, rating agencies, residual value insurers, and the operators and ITADs that originate the collateral. You'll translate our data into the language of underwriting, sit across from structured-credit professionals as a peer, and help shape how our condition records are packaged for securitization and financing.
Who you are
You come from structured credit. A rating agency, an ABS or securitized products desk, a specialty finance shop, or a private credit fund. You've underwritten collateral or sold to the people who do, and you can hold a technical conversation about asset risk on its merits. You're drawn to building an institutional function early rather than inheriting one. Experience in data center, equipment finance, or ABS structuring is a strong plus.
Comp
Competitive base, founding-level equity, and commission on closed financings. Compensation reflects both the seniority of the role and the upside of joining early in a category that's still being built.
