LogistIQ is a young, international, student-led company building a B2B software platform for the supply chain and procurement industry. Our first product is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help companies identify hidden supply chain costs, detect contract-to-invoice leakage, and improve financial control across supplier relationships. We are building an international, student-led environment where contributors can collaborate with real client activities, take ownership early, and gain practical experience that is difficult to access in traditional entry-level roles.

About the Role
We are looking for a People & Strategy Student Assistant to support our team management, recruitment, and strategic expansion efforts. This is a voluntary, unpaid collaboration designed for students who want to gain direct experience in talent acquisition, organizational strategy, and international scaling within an early-stage startup. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to help find top student talent, optimize internal task management, and contribute to our strategic growth as we expand our international hubs.

Key Responsibilities
As a People & Strategy Student Assistant, you will support the team in:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Supporting the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening CVs, and coordinating motivational and technical interviews.
• Task Management & Operations: Helping monitor project timelines, streamlining internal workflows, and ensuring task allocation across divisions is clear and organized.
• Expansion Strategy: Researching and identifying new university partnerships, student clubs, and international hubs to help scale our contributor network.
• Onboarding & Culture: Assisting in the onboarding of new student contributors, ensuring they have access to necessary tools, and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
• Internal Communication: Helping manage internal updates, tracking team engagement, and finding ways to improve remote collaboration across different time zones.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for motivated students or early-career contributors with knowledge, experience, or a genuine interest in one or more of the following:

• Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Behaviour
• Project management, workflow optimization, or task coordination
• Strategic planning and international business expansion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandatory)
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
• Interest in IT and Product Development Management
• Interest in Sales and Business Development Management

Compensation: This is an unpaid voluntary collaboration. There is no salary, stipend, or guaranteed future compensation.
