Commission-Only B2B Sales Representative (Digital Marketing & AI Automation)

We are looking for self-motivated, commission-only sales professionals to represent our Digital Marketing and AI Automation company. Your responsibility is to generate leads, approach potential clients, conduct sales meetings, present our services, negotiate pricing, and close deals on our behalf.

You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process until the client signs the agreement and completes the payment. Our technical team will then handle project delivery and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients.
• Generate qualified B2B leads.
• Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Schedule and attend sales meetings.
• Present our Digital Marketing and AI Automation services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals (with our support if needed).
• Negotiate with prospects.
• Close deals and secure client payments.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Keep sales records updated.

Requirements****

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
• Experience selling Digital Marketing, IT, SaaS, Software, or AI services is a plus.

Compensation****

15% commission on every successful sale.
