About LogistIQ
LogistIQ is a young, international, student-led company building a B2B software platform for the supply chain and procurement industry.
Our first product is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help companies identify hidden supply chain costs, detect contract-to-invoice leakage, and improve financial control across supplier relationships.
We are building an international, student-led environment where contributors can collaborate with real client activities, take ownership early, and gain practical experience that is difficult to access in traditional entry-level roles.

About the Role
We are opening volunteer spots in our IT division for students who want hands-on experience in an early-stage startup environment.
This is a voluntary, unpaid collaboration for people who want practical experience building real software, working in a team, and contributing to a live product rather than observing from the sidelines. You will take ownership of real tasks from an early stage, with guidance along the way.

What You Might Work On
Depending on your skills and interests, you may contribute to our core B2B software or to internal tooling that supports our product and operations. Possible areas include:

• Backend development and platform architecture
• Database design, optimization, and data structures
• Data extraction, processing, and integration
• Contract and invoice parsing workflows
• Application security and data protection
• Testing, bug identification, and product QA
• UX/UI design and user journey optimization
• Visual design, layout systems, and interface improvements
• Collaborating with product and technology teammates to build scalable solutions

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for motivated students or early-career contributors with knowledge, experience, or a genuine interest in one or more of the following:

• Backend development
• Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• APIs and integrations
• Data extraction and processing
• Application security and software testing
• UX/UI and visual design (color systems, layout)
• A strong problem-solving mindset
• The ability to learn quickly and work independently

You don't need to tick every box. We believe people learn through trial and error, so what matters most is initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast. We encourage you to apply even if you're still building your skills.

Details
Role type: Voluntary, unpaid contributor collaboration
Start date: As soon as possible
Commitment: Flexible; availability over summer, with possible part-time continuation from September
Location: Fully remote, open worldwide, no relocation or travel required
Compensation: This is an unpaid voluntary collaboration. There is no salary, stipend, or guaranteed future compensation.
