Business Development Lead – AI Digital Humans

Ayesha Bot is creating AI digital humans – interactive 3D avatars that can talk, see, remember, show emotions and assist users through natural human-like interaction.

We’re seeking a Growth & Partnerships Lead to assist us with go-to-market strategy, customer discovery, partnerships, product positioning, marketing, and early business development.

Duties:

• Recognize potential customers and business use cases *
• Partner with schools, clinics, hotels, retail, customer support teams and other target segments
• Assistance with product positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Assist in developing pitch material, outreach messaging and customer demos
• Work closely with the technical founder to validate the market and turn early traction into pilot opportunities

Ideal candidate profile:

Proven experience in business development partnerships growth product marketing or B2B sales

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Interest in AI, SaaS, virtual assistants, avatars or new technology
• Adaptable to a startup environment

This is an entry level position. Compensation and incentives can be discussed based on experience, contribution, commitment and stage of company.
