We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Business Development Intern to support outreach, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement for the Carcinoma initiative (a sister brand of JCF). This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare outreach, professional communication, and relationship-building with doctors, hospitals, nurses, and care networks.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute outreach activities for the Carcinoma initiative, engaging healthcare stakeholders including doctors, hospitals, nurses, and patients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Identify, approach, and onboard healthcare partners, referral networks, and collaborators to expand the initiative's reach.
- Manage introductions, partnerships, and ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process for new stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Handle professional email communication, follow-ups, and maintain accurate outreach tracking and engagement records.
- Support development of future paid care systems along with assisting partnerships, events, and collaborative healthcare initiatives.
Other requirements include:
- Interest in healthcare, hospital partnerships, or NGO operations.
- Basic understanding of healthcare networks or outreach is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

However, interns will gain hands-on experience, practical exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from experienced team members, and the opportunity to develop industry-relevant skills in a collaborative work environment.
