*About you *

We are looking for a Solutions engineer to join a team that works with our customers to make sure they are successfully set up on the Gr4vy platform. This Solutions engineer has a passion for showcasing product abilities to prospects, as well as playing a vital role in ensuring the customer's success. Our platform offers a RESTful API and SDKs in a wide variety of languages, and the sales engineer owns both the maintenance of these SDKs, as well as any documentation, tutorials and demos created with them. Our sales engineers get to play with new languages and new tools on a daily basis.

Your Need-to-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or software engineering
• Highly skilled building web applications using various front-end technologies
• Experience in fintech and the ecommerce payments
• Experience with developer products including APIs and SDKs
• Empathy for customer needs and the ability to communicate those needs in a cross functional team.
• A learner’s mindset with an entrepreneurial bias: you approach problems by asking for data and context. You share your POV with collaboration and concise communication.
• Excitement for a high-growth environment

Your Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building and presenting detailed technical demos for potential customers, using various backend programming languages
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Python and React
• Good understanding of System Architecture
