About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Business Analyst who can drive Agile execution while serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize work with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Coordinate between domain teams, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Agile Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing backlogs using Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
