Business Analyst

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business analysis, operations, supply chain, and problem-solving, and are eager to build a career at the intersection of business, technology, and data. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the leadership, product, engineering, and operations teams to solve real business challenges across logistics and manufacturing. You'll analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, improve business processes, and help design technology-driven solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Understand business processes across logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Create clear process maps and business documentation.

Data Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Present actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Product & Technology Collaboration

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business problems into product requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product deployments.*

Customer & Operations

• Interact with customers to understand their operational workflows and business requirements.
• Support implementation of technology solutions and drive customer adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.*

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience in ERP implementation or process automation projects is a strong advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (2025 or 2026 graduating batch) from a recognized institution.
• This role is best suited for candidates from Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil, Chemical, Automobile, or similar engineering disciplines with a strong analytical aptitude and interest in business, operations, and supply chain.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative aptitude.
• Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and work effectively in a startup environment.*
