Hnosi Space & Defence are a specialist recruitment company operating at the forefront of Space & Defence technology. We’re an international business operating within the UK, USA, Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pac markets.
Due to significant growth, we’re expanding and seeking an experience recruitment consultant to join us in the USA.
Experience within the Space & Defence or Aerospace sectors would be an advantage.
As a business we operate across contingent recruitment, RPO, Executive Search and Talent Pooling services.

Key Responsibilities -
Client Engagement-
· Understand clients’ hiring needs, advising them on market trends and talent strategies.
· Experience of managing an RPO process.
· Working to key SLA’s and KPI’s
Candidate Sourcing & Assessment-
· Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events) to attract top talent.
· Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and technical screenings, to ensure a strong fit.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing client needs.
· Keep engaged with the candidates to ensure candidate experience is met to aid a smooth process.
· Weekly Hiring Management meetings with clients to stay ahead of process and in-keeping with a seamless process.
End-to-End Recruitment Management –
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
· Provide a seamless and engaging experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Advise on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Market Research & Industry Expertise-
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent movements within the tech sector.
· Leverage market insights to develop tailored recruitment strategies and consult with clients effectively.
Performance & Growth-
· Work towards and exceed key performance metrics, including placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with a high-performing team, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For –
· Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably focused within any vertical within (RF, FPGA, Software/Hardware / integration / Systems Engineering, upper management roles and COO/CEO focusing on the US market.
· A proven track record in business development, lead generation, and placing candidates.
· Strong understanding of Space & Defence industry trends, skill sets, and hiring challenges.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
· A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
· A proactive and collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture.
