Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, responsive, and ownership-driven Customer Support Associate to be the front line for InboxKit's global customer base. You will resolve queries, manage accounts, and ensure customers get real value from the platform — without needing to be hand-held.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email infrastructure and deliverability
• Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup
• Maintain and update customer health dashboards
• Escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution
• Identify patterns in support tickets and suggest product improvements
• Create and maintain help docs and self-serve resources

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer support or success experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Empathy with professionalism
• Familiarity with support tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar
• Basic understanding of email infrastructure/DNS is a plus
