As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support implementation projects and operational initiatives across the business.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project planning, implementation, and execution across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility billing implementation and onboarding projects from start to finish
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Schedule meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer success teams to ensure project success
• Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or resource constraints
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
• Support leadership with reporting and project status updates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, operations, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in utilities, property management, construction, or technology industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
