HR Intern

Safalta Setu is a mission-driven initiative focused on mentorship, education, and creative publishing. We empower students from army families (Classes 9 & 10) by connecting them with mentors and building impactful learning initiatives.
If you're interested in recruitment, people management, and helping build high-performing teams, this internship is for you. Gain hands-on HR experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to a growing social impact initiative.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various internship roles.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
3. Support onboarding and engagement activities for interns and volunteers.
4. Maintain recruitment records and assist with HR documentation.
5. Help improve candidate experience and support team engagement initiatives.
6. Collaborate with different teams to support ongoing HR projects and organizational needs.
