We partner with some of India's most recognised artists and creators including Anuv Jain, Zakir Khan, Armaan Malik, and Shreya Ghoshal to build merch-driven businesses from the ground up. Design, production, e-commerce, and marketing; we own the full stack. We're in a high-growth phase and building the team that will take us there.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and candidate coordination.
• Build relationships with colleges and institutes for internship and fresher hiring.
• Handle HR operations including employee records, documentation, attendance, and compliance.
• Support employee onboarding, engagement activities, and performance processes.
• Resolve employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes; knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or HR software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, people-first mindset.
