Mission

Lead LawVriksh's marketing strategy — define what campaigns we run, why we run them, and ensure execution delivers measurable results. This is a thinking-first, strategy-first role.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning — Design multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to product goals (user acquisition, brand awareness, content reach). Define themes, timelines, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Strategic Decision-Making — Own the marketing calendar. Decide what gets prioritised, what gets paused, and how to respond to trends or competitive shifts.
• Brand Direction — Set the voice, positioning, and messaging guidelines for LawVriksh across all channels.
• Analytics & Iteration — Track campaign performance, interpret data, and feed learnings back into future strategy.
• Cross-functional Alignment — Coordinate with content, design, and community teams to ensure execution matches strategy. Not responsible for day-to-day operations.

Must-Have

• 1–2+ years of marketing experience; has independently planned and run at least one campaign
• Comfortable with metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion
• Works autonomously without daily check-ins
