Key Responsibilities
Connect with colleges, training institutes, and students.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
Explain our career programs, webinars, and placement services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and educational institutions.
Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets.
Maintain records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident in calling, pitching, and relationship building.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Sales or business development experience.
Knowledge of recruitment, education, or EdTech industry.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital outreach.
