Growth Associate - US Relocation Pathway

GradAmbassadors is currently hiring Growth Associates for a client in the professional development space.

This listing is specifically for candidates who are serious about building a referral operation at scale. A standard campus ambassador role is also available separately.

The opportunity

Growth Associates who hit $50,000 in total gross sales are eligible for employer sponsored US visa processing through our parent entity. The visa process is initiated and fully funded by us. Timelines are subject to standard immigration processing.

This is not for everyone. The threshold is high by design. It is built for people who can access large networks, move fast, and sustain performance over time.

What you will do

Drive awareness and user acquisition for our client's platform across your existing peer network. How you build your referral base is up to you.

What you earn

Performance based commission on every successful referral. No cap on earnings. US visa sponsorship for top performers.

What we are looking for

• BBA or MBA students or recent graduates within 12 months.
• Access to large peer networks across multiple colleges.
• Based in India.
• Serious about performance.
