About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Specialist to help expand our global ecosystem of strategic partners, and industry leaders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and creating partnerships that generate mutual value.

As a Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Humanity Founders and its portfolio ventures by developing strategic alliances that unlock new opportunities, resources, and impact.

What You'll Do

• Identify, research, and engage potential strategic partners aligned with our mission and ventures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations, investors, startup ecosystems, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
• Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate partnership discussions, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with venture teams to understand partnership needs and opportunities.
• Track partnership pipelines, negotiations, and performance metrics.
• Support the development of sponsorships, collaborations, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Represent Humanity Founders in virtual events, networking opportunities, and industry communities.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our global partnership strategy and ecosystem growth.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, community growth, startup ecosystems, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and outreach capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and creating positive social impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups, venture studios, accelerators, or investment firms.
• Existing network within startup, innovation, education, or nonprofit ecosystems.
• Experience with CRM platforms and partnership management tools.
• International business or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
