Role Description

The Senior Technical Recruiter role is remote, we are open to part time/fractional or full-time to start. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities will involve handling recruiting screen volume, developing hiring strategies, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve hiring goals fast and efficiently.

Must Have's

• Proven expertise with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in fast paced recruiting processes, hiring strategies, and candidate sourcing
• Previous experience with early stage startups and high-growth environments
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby
• Passion for the latest recruitment tools and technologies

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills

• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
