Your Job Role:

As a Remote Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for packing and shipping orders directly to our customers from your home. Each week, you'll receive batches of orders from our main warehouse, which you will carefully pack and prepare for shipping.

Pack Orders with Care:

You’ll receive orders each week, ensuring every item is packed securely and in top condition, so our customers get the best.
Quality Control:

Double-check that everything in the order is correct, including ensuring the Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with each order, reflecting the level of quality our brand promises.
Ship Orders on Time:

Timely shipping is key to delivering the exceptional customer experience we promise. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that all orders are shipped promptly, helping us maintain our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. We’ve partnered with USPS for efficient shipping, and you’ll have the convenience of processing shipments directly through their collection service.
Track Inventory:

Stay on top of the stock you're working with and notify your manager when products are running low.
Ensure Accuracy:

Verify that each order matches the customer’s request, ensuring no items are missing and everything is correct before shipping.
Stay Connected:

Keep in touch with your Fulfillment Manager to ensure smooth operations and communicate any challenges.
