We're building the intelligence layer for SMB acquisitions.
Buying a small business today is fragmented, manual, and painfully inefficient. Buyers spend countless hours sourcing deals, evaluating opportunities, chasing information, and building conviction with incomplete data. We're building an SMB deal intelligence platform that helps buyers intelligently source, evaluate, and diligence acquisition opportunities faster — saving time, improving decision quality, and giving them the tools they need to move with confidence.
As a Summer Associate, you'll work directly with the founders and gain exposure to startup building across product, strategy, partnerships, operations, and technology.
What You'll Learn
This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to early-stage startup operations and technology company building. Associates will have opportunities to:
Conduct market and industry research on SMB acquisitions, search funds, ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition), and adjacent markets
Analyze competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
Assist with partnership research and business development initiatives
Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions
Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams on special projects
Support customer discovery and user feedback initiatives
Develop presentations, operational frameworks, and internal processes
Gain exposure to startup strategy, fundraising, growth, and company building
Ideal Candidate
Current undergraduate, graduate, MBA student, or recent graduate
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, acquisitions, private equity, search funds, SaaS, or technology
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Self-starter who enjoys learning and taking initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Duration
8-week Summer Program
Time Commitment
Summer Associates should expect to dedicate approximately 20–30 hours per week throughout the program, with flexibility based on academic schedules and project needs.

$1,000 stipend for the duration of the program.
Additional Information
This role is designed as a learning and professional development opportunity with direct exposure to startup operations, product development, and company building.

Depending on company needs, business growth, and mutual fit, outstanding Summer Associate(s) may be considered for extended internships, part-time roles, or longer-term opportunities following completion of the program.
