Operating as a fully remote company, we serve clients across North America, Europe, and other international markets, supporting multiple languages and industries.
As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our global team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while driving operational excellence across our project delivery function.

The Opportunity:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of translation and localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, linguists, and internal teams, balancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and project profitability.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Coordination:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects from initiation through completion.
  • Review incoming project requests to ensure all required information, specifications, and supporting files are provided.
  • Assess project requirements and determine the most effective delivery approach based on timelines, complexity, language pairs, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, language professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing responsive support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, vendor management, and customer success teams.

Vendor & Resource Management:

  • Identify and assign the most suitable linguists and language specialists for each project.
  • Ensure project instructions, expectations, and deliverables are communicated effectively to all parties.
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Balance resource allocation to optimize project profitability and operational efficiency.

Quality & Performance:

  • Maintain high standards of quality across all projects and deliverables.
  • Ensure client specifications and project requirements are consistently met.
  • Track project metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development of scalable workflows and best practices as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, client services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Comfortable using project management, CRM, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience within translation, localization, SaaS, professional services, or digital operations environments is an advantage.
