Founders Office - Internship (WFH)

As a 'Founder's Office Intern,' you will work on real business-critical tasks across operations, finance coordination, compliance follow-ups, documentation, presentations, reporting, and structured execution. You will interact closely with the founders, core team members, and external stakeholders, and will get direct exposure to how important decisions and workflows are managed in a growing startup. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of these tasks and help reduce execution load from the founders.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and highly dependable 'Founder's Office Intern' to work closely with the founders at Zapygo. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a startup is actually run from the inside and is excited by responsibility, fast execution, and high exposure.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working directly with the founders on high-priority business, operations, finance, compliance, and documentation tasks
2. Taking ownership of critical follow-ups across legal, finance, banking, reporting, vendor, and internal coordination workflows
3. Preparing business documents, trackers, presentations, reports, and structured updates used in real company decision-making
4. Coordinating with core team members and external stakeholders to ensure important tasks move forward on time
5. Supporting the founders in running key day-to-day business operations smoothly in a fast-moving startup environment
6. Managing and organizing important company information, records, documents, and execution workflows with strong attention to detail
7. Assisting in creating polished emails, letters, decks, forms, and operational content for internal and external use
8. Helping bring more structure, speed, and accountability into the company's execution by independently handling important operational tasks
