Sales Development Representative - Commission Only

This is a commission-only role. No base pay. No pay for booking meetings. You get paid when deals close - 15% of the monthly deal value for 6 months per customer you bring in. Freshers are welcome.

We believe in rewarding the people that help us grow. We're bootstrapped and pre-revenue at the moment, but once we acquire customers and start generating revenue, there's an option for you to come onboard with us full-time with a competitive base pay + commissions and good benefits.

Who we are

We're Pitchline. We turn sales decks into voice AI — prospects open a link, have a real conversation with your deck, get their questions answered, and move closer to buying. No rep needed.

We're an early-stage startup based in India, product is built, and we're breaking into the US market. We need hungry SDRs in the US who know the market, can open doors, and want to be rewarded when they do.

What you'll actually do

Cold call B2B SaaS founders and heads of sales in the US. Reach out on LinkedIn with targeted, personalized messages. Book demo calls for the founding team. Follow up relentlessly. Help close.

You won't be handed a script and left alone. You'll work directly with the founders, get full product training, and have real input on messaging that's working.

Who we're looking for

• You've done cold outreach before — calls, LinkedIn, email — and you're not afraid of rejection. You understand B2B SaaS enough to have a real conversation with a founder or head of sales. You're based in the US and can call during US business hours. You're self-directed enough to work without someone standing over you.
• You don't need 5 years of experience. You need to be sharp, coachable, and motivated by outcomes rather than activity.

Strong signal if you have:

• Sold or prospected in SaaS, sales tech, or marketing tech
• Built your own outreach sequences before
• Cold called decision-makers and actually got meetings

What you earn

• Every customer you bring in pays you 15% of their monthly subscription value for 6 consecutive months.
• A Starter plan customer ($29/month) earns you $4.35/month for 6 months — $26 total. Not exciting on its own.
• A Pro plan customer ($370/month) earns you $55.50/month for 6 months — $333 per deal. Close 5 in a month and you've made $1,665 from those deals alone, still compounding.
• An Enterprise deal ($1,000-$5,000+/month) changes the math significantly.
• There is no cap. There is no ceiling on how many deals you can bring in.**
