• Lead end-to-end project execution for large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
• Oversee projects focused on data conversion, reporting modernization, and data warehouse re-platforming.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, monitor dependencies, and control budgets for successful project delivery.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
• Utilize expertise in managing enterprise-level projects in complex technical environments.
• Apply strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Preferred experience in Transportation, Logistics, or related industries.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are desired.
