Lemberg Health is a remote dosimetry services firm providing on-demand, expert treatment planning to radiation oncology clinics across Canada and the United States. Founded by a dual-licensed Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) with clinical experience at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, we solve a real and growing problem: the chronic shortage of qualified dosimetrists in community and regional oncology centers.

The Role

We are looking for a driven, well-connected healthcare sales professional to join us as a commission-only Business Development Manager. Your focus: identify radiation oncology clinics that need dosimetry support, build relationships with department heads and administrators, and close service agreements with Lemberg Health. We handle all clinical delivery — you focus on growth.

New-clinic reward bonus for every clinic you bring on (paid on first completed plan)
Trailing commission on all plans at your clinics
Commissions continue as long as your clinics are active
Equity/Partnership optins are also possible

What We're Looking For

Experience in oncology, radiation therapy, medical devices, or healthcare staffing sales
Existing relationships with oncology department heads, clinic administrators, or medical physicists
Comfortable with a consultative, longer sales cycle (4–10 weeks)
Self-directed and motivated by uncapped, performance-based income
