Growth Lead

SportsReflector is an AI sports coaching app — computer vision, pose estimation, AR overlays — analyzing form across 20+ sports and gym exercises. We've launched on the App Store, we have paying users, and we're running Apple Search Ads, Meta, and Google App Campaigns.

We need a Growth Lead who can take this from indie traction to global brand.

The role
You'll own user acquisition, retention, and brand end-to-end. Paid, organic, ASO, content, lifecycle — all of it. This is a hands-on role for someone who's scaled a consumer mobile app before and knows the difference between a CAC problem and a conversion problem.

What you'll own

Paid acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
ASO and App Store conversion optimization (screenshots, CPPs, keyword strategy)
Lifecycle and onboarding optimization — trial conversion is the current bottleneck
Content, SEO, and GEO (LLM-era search) strategy
Influencer and creator partnerships across sports and fitness verticals
Brand voice and positioning as we expand internationally
Setting and hitting CAC, trial-to-paid, LTV, and retention targets

What we're looking for

4+ years in growth or marketing for consumer mobile apps (B2C subscription experience essential)
Demonstrated track record scaling a consumer app — show us the receipts
Strong paid acquisition skills with mobile UA platforms
ASO experience required, not optional
Comfortable in Firebase, RevenueCat, and mobile attribution tools
Hands-on — you'll be writing ad copy, briefing creators, and running A/B tests yourself
Data-fluent and creatively sharp
