About the job
dLogos runs campaigns to make conversations happen. Fans nominate the guests they want on their favorite podcasts, suggest topics and questions, vote, and pledge support — and we hand hosts a real demand signal for what their audience actually wants next. We're building the category: audience-driven podcasting. Pre-seed, AI-native, five people, raising now.
*Looking for a high schooler or college student to work directly with the co-founder on growth and content.

No pay. No structure handed to you. Long hours. Constant context-switching. You will be thrown into chaos and asked to make order. Things will break. We'll figure it out together. Most days you will ship something before lunch and rewrite it by dinner.
But you won't just be executing — you'll be in the room for strategy. Real discussions about positioning, campaign design, content direction, and where the company is going. Your thinking will shape decisions, not just slides.
What you actually get:
- Work that millions of people may see — our campaigns reach hundreds of thousands per drop, and we're scaling
- Hands-on access to every AI-native tool worth using — Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Pomelli, the whole stack — and the budget to try anything new
- Direct mentorship from a founder with 10+ years of startup experience, not a manager two levels removed
- Strategic impact from week one — your ideas get tested in market, not buried in a doc
- A real portfolio of campaigns, not internship deliverables nobody saw
- First look at a full-time role after we close the round
You probably:
- Have a personal account that punches above its follower count
- Notice cultural patterns before they're obvious
- Get bored easily and produce more when the pressure's higher
- Love to build and be creative
- Don't need to be told what to do twice
If you want comfort, structure, or a line on your resume — this isn't it. If you want to find out what you're actually capable of in six months of pressure, apply.
Drop your best post, thread, or piece of writing. Resume optional. Even better — share a few ideas for how you'd run a campaign for a live dLogos nomination.
