Software Development Engineer (Full Stack / AI-Driven Product)

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer who can take ownership of building a complete product from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role — you will be involved in designing, developing, and scaling a core platform for career guidance and assessment.

You will work closely with the founding team to translate business vision into a functional, scalable application.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and scale a full-stack web/mobile application
• Develop systems for psychometric assessments and reporting
• Integrate AI/ML models for career recommendations and insights
• Design user flows for students, counselors, and admins
• Create dashboards, analytics, and data-driven features
• Ensure performance, scalability, and clean architecture

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end product development (frontend + backend)
• Translate product ideas into technical architecture
• Build AI-assisted psychometric testing and recommendation systems
• Work with datasets to improve personalization and outputs
• Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Hands-on with modern frameworks (React / Node / Python / etc.)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and real-world application
• Experience building scalable systems or startups is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
