Position Overview

Sanctory is seeking a highly motivated Brand Design Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, visual identity, and building meaningful brand experiences rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship.

As a Brand Design Intern, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape and express Sanctory’s brand across digital and physical touchpoints. Your role will involve translating our ethos into compelling visuals, assisting in campaign design, and contributing to a cohesive and elevated brand identity. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a brand that celebrates heritage, sustainability, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating visual assets for digital platforms including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Support the development and execution of brand identity elements such as typography, color systems, and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design engaging creatives aligned with brand storytelling.
Help design packaging concepts, product collaterals, and presentation materials.
Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Stay updated with design trends, especially within luxury, lifestyle, and artisanal product spaces.

What We’re Looking For

A background or strong interest in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling through visuals.
Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A portfolio (academic or personal projects) showcasing branding, visual design, or creative work.

Assignment :

As the part of the process we would like you to complete a short design assignment. This will help us understand your design thinking, attention to detail, and how you approach real-world tasks.

Please find the details below:

Task 1: Packaging Design (Mailer Box)
Design a mailer box with the following specifications:
Dimensions: 12 × 12 × 6 inches
Material: Brown kraft paper (natural texture and color)
Style: Premium, earthy, and organic

Deliverables: 3D mockup

Task 2: Product Page Design (Ghee Product)
Design a product page for ghee that aligns with our existing homepage.
Objective:
Maintain visual consistency while creating a clean, modern, and conversion-focused layout.
Suggested sections:
Product hero (images, title, pricing, CTA)
Key benefits / differentiators
Product details (origin, ingredients, process)
Trust signals (reviews, certifications, etc.)

Guidelines:
Follow the typography, color palette, and spacing system from the homepage
Ensure clarity, hierarchy, and usability

Deliverables:
Desktop design (required)
