About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Customer Support Executive to support our enterprise clients and ensure a smooth experience with the Bydek platform.This role is ideal for someone with B2B software support experience and strong written communication skills, especially over email.

What You’ll Do

• Provide L1/L2 support via email, chat, and calls
• Communicate with clients through clear, professional emails
• Troubleshoot issues related to data workflows, dashboards, and platform functionality
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams for issue resolution
• Assist with customer onboarding and product adoption
• Manage and track issues using ticketing systems (SLA-driven)
• Document common issues, fixes, and workflows
• Support data-related operations and partner workflows
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and response standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support (B2B software)
• Strong email writing and client communication skills
• Experience working with enterprise/B2B clients
• Basic understanding of software platforms and data processes
• Familiarity with ticketing tools
• Working knowledge of Excel / data handling is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in data operations
• Exposure to channel sales, partner ecosystems, or CRM tools
• Understanding of data validation and reporting workflows
