The Role

Define and drive the long-term technical vision and architecture for entire product verticals, ensuring alignment with company goals and scalability needs.

· Solve high-impact, ambiguous technical problems that span multiple teams and systems — often where no precedent or clear solution exists.

· Partner with executive leadership (Product, Engineering, Business) to shape company-level strategy and translate it into a multi-year technical roadmap.

· Act as a force multiplier, setting the technical bar for the entire organization through architectural leadership, high-quality design docs, and mentorship of senior engineers.

· Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, build alignment across teams, and make key architectural decisions that influence ASBL’s long-term technical direction.

Frontend: React/Next.js + TypeScript
Backend: Node.js / FastAPI / Go
Databases: Postgres, Redis (SQL/NoSQL)
