Conduct UX audits on both platforms to identify usability gaps and drop-off points across web and mobile.
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma (or similar tool) for new and existing features.
Design responsive, mobile-first UI components and page layouts that feel native on both iOS/Android and desktop browsers.
Benchmark the user experience against leading apps (Amazon, Uber Eats, DoorDash) and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and feasibly.
Build and maintain a lightweight design system (colors, type, components) for consistent use across both products.
Gather and incorporate feedback through informal usability tests or stakeholder reviews.
