About the job

Building and maintaining complex data workflows/pipelines for data science and other business projects that require the integration of several data sources
Analyzing, parsing, and extracting data from structured and unstructured datasets
Gathering and processing raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, writing SQL queries, etc.)
Support the development and optimization of machine learning models for plant health monitoring and growth prediction.
Work with multispectral imaging data to clean, preprocess, and enhance model performance.
Assist in integrating AI models into real-world greenhouse environments and production pipelines.
Experiment with deep learning architectures for plant disease detection and trait analysis.
Collaborate with the engineering team to refine image-processing algorithms.
Stay updated on the latest research in ML, computer vision, and AgTech applications.
Adapt the latest technologies in modeling and data mining to design scientific tests to maximize dollars spent on new initiatives and marketing channels
Work with internal stakeholders to explore and understand business data
Formulate and test hypotheses to evaluate business strategies and measure impact
Learn and apply complex analytical techniques
Research, prototype, and develop software solutions to solve problems across retail
Stay up to date with emerging technology and learn new technologies/libraries/frameworks
Learn and partner with peers across multiple disciplines, such as computer vision, machine learning, and systems design
Deliver on time with a high bar on quality of research, innovation and engineering
Develop and maintain AWS based applications using NodeJS
Manage and deploy applications using ECS Fargate and Kubernetes
Implement serverless functions using AWS Lambda
Utilize AWS Code Build for continuous integration and deployment
Manage data storage and retrieval using Amazon S3 and AWS Managed Elasticsearch
Set up and manage API Gateway and CloudFront for application delivery
Configure and manage security groups for secure application access
