The role

• Work directly with the CEO to lead product development efforts
• This is a maker role (Individual contributor role). You are expected to be hands-on with requirement detailing, prototyping and working with engineers to get the product out
• Take vague or idea-level inputs, and turn them into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Bring in a strong design sense - so you can give inputs on UI/UX and our design team can bounce ideas off you
• Own end to end development of the product

• Has a knack to cut through the clutter and focus on the core of what is important
• Pays attention to details, and loves going through multiple iterations till the output exceeds expectations
• Is looking to work in a startup environment with steep learning curve
• Is looking to work directly with founders and understand end to end business decision making
• Is looking to work in small and highly effective teams
