Product Manager Intern

Role Description
As a Product Management Intern at Facets, you will play a vital role in enhancing our products by engaging with user feedback, analyzing data-driven insights, and contributing to the overall success of our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end product development, from problem validation to execution.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify issues, create PRDs, and drive solutions.
• Conduct bi-weekly user feedback calls and manage feature-specific agenda-driven calls.
• Collaborate with product marketing and customer success for feature adoption.
• Review and ensure quality assurance for features and assist in documentation.

• Analytical Mindset: Decent knowledge in using analytics tools such as Pendo, and Hotjar to extract valuable insights from user interactions and behaviors, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• User-Centric Focus: Ability to assist in user interview processes, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure thorough user feedback collection for epic development.
• Problem Solving: Capable of identifying issues through data analysis and user feedback, and subsequently creating comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to guide the resolution process.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, and development teams to drive feature adoption, collect feedback, and ensure seamless execution.
• Product Development Involvement: Willingness to be deeply involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from problem validation and solution ideation to feature execution, quality assurance, and documentation preparation.

Bachelor's degree in Tech with exposure to Cloud/Devops preferred.

This internship at Facets will provide you with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic field of product management, offering you a platform to learn, contribute, and grow in a supportive and innovative environment.
Based on your performance over the six month period, this position converts to a permanent Associae PM role.
