At Zime, CS owns the revenue outcome. You'll work with CROs and sales leaders at companies like HP, Versa, and SonicWall — get deep into how their teams sell, then architect custom AI playbooks that change how they execute. Every week. Every quarter.

What You'll Do

• Architect AI-native GTM solutions end to end for enterprise accounts
• Sit across CROs and sales leaders — understand how they win and lose deals
• Build custom AI playbooks that drive measurable behavior change
• Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion revenue
• Work directly with founders, product, and engineering
• Influence what the product becomes through real customer insights

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 yrs in consulting, client-facing solutions, or solution architecture
• AI solutions experience preferred
• You think in customer outcomes, not tasks
• Technical enough to understand product architecture — commercial enough to earn a CRO's trust
• Builders, not employees
• Comfortable in ambiguity — startup speed energizes you, not scares you
