Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys building robust products end-to-end. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems to develop scalable features, intuitive user experiences, and reliable APIs. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, product-minded, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
Design and implement scalable APIs, backend services, and internal tools.
Work on background jobs, integrations, and data-driven workflows.
Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and senior engineers to ship high-quality features.
Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve application reliability.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in full stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and writing quality and relevant code using AI.
Good working knowledge of React.js/Next.js/Node.js/MongoDb/SQL, Understanding of REST APIs, async workflows, and general software design principles.
Ability to take ownership of features and work effectively in a startup environment.
Candidates from IIT, NIT, or other reputed engineering institutes will be preferred.
