Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys solving customer problems, building great products, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with customers, founders, engineering, design, and QA to define product strategy, translate ideas into well-defined requirements, and ensure successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with exceptional execution and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Interact regularly with customers to understand their pain points and identify product opportunities.
• Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and engineering effort.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define success metrics, analyze product usage, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Drive product launches and ensure smooth execution across teams.
• Use AI extensively for product research, competitive analysis, requirement writing, documentation, prototyping, and improving overall productivity.
• Continuously improve product quality by gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convert customer discussions into clear, structured, and actionable product requirements.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a clear understanding of product vision and business priorities.
• Passion for AI and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve product development and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Candidates from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, or other reputed engineering institutes will be preferred.
