Role Overview

We are looking for a confident Commission-Based Sales Closer who thrives on cold calling, relationship building, and closing high-value clients.

Your role will be to call warm and cold leads provided by our team, understand their business needs, pitch our services professionally, and convert them into paying clients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to leads assigned by our team
• Qualify prospects and identify their pain points
• Pitch Solven Media services with confidence
• Follow up consistently with interested leads
• Close deals and hand off clients smoothly to onboarding
• Maintain clear updates on lead progress

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with 5% to 15% commission per closed client, depending on your experience and closing ability.

The better your performance, the higher your earning potential.

• Strong English communication skills
• Confident on calls and objection handling
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently
• Agency sales experience is a plus
