Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is ideal for beginners who want hands-on experience in real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Support execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Optimize ads based on performance (CTR, CPC, conversions)
• Help in creating ad creatives (copies, basic visuals coordination)
• Work with the team to improve ROI and campaign results

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Paid Ads
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
