Growth & Marketing — Equity-Based, Early Stage

HomeLearn is India's homeschool marketplace — connecting parents with verified home tutors across Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, and more. We just launched and are looking for a hungry marketer to grow with us from the ground floor.

This is not a salaried role. We are offering equity in HomeLearn to the right person — someone who believes in the product, wants to own a piece of what it becomes, and is willing to put in the work before the money follows.

What you'll own:

• Teacher and parent acquisition across social, communities, and content
• Managing our presence on Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Quora
• Listing and growing HomeLearn on Product Hunt, Crunchbase, IndiaMART, and similar platforms
• Writing posts, running outreach, and building our brand from scratch
• Finding what works and doubling down on it

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who has grown a community, brand, or product before — even a small one
• Comfortable working without a playbook — we are figuring this out together
• Based in India, understands the EdTech and homeschooling space
• Self-driven, ownership mindset, long-term thinker
• Bonus: existing network in education, parenting communities, or EdTech
