We’re looking for Influencer Marketing Specialists to build and scale creator-led growth at Caimera. This role sits at the intersection of product storytelling, content, and partnerships, and is responsible for turning creators into one of our most powerful growth channels.
You’ll work with YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and niche SaaS creators to drive awareness, trust, and adoption of our Gen-AI fashion platform.

What will you do everyday?

• Develop and execute influencer and creator-led marketing strategies aligned with Caimera’s growth, product, and brand goals.
• Identifying and building relationships with influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
• Collaborating with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that resonates with the target audience
• Negotiating and managing influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
• Conducting campaign performance analysis of influencer outreaches, providing insights, and optimisation recommendations.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and content creation.
• Experience running creator-led or partnership-led campaigns for tech or SaaS products.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and authentic influencer campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation with relationship and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
