About the job

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
Build and modify WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive WordPress websites.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and tools when required.
Optimise website performance, speed, and SEO.
Debug and troubleshoot website issues.
Maintain version control using Git and follow deployment workflows.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers.
Stay updated with new WordPress features and industry trends.
Basic knowledge of Technical SEO, Website Hosting & Content Creation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Experience with WordPress theme development and plugin customisation.
Familiarity with page builders like Element-or or Gutenberg.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
