Compensation Range:
Our budget for this role is in the ballpark of ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (though we are open to revisiting this for the right fit) . No Equity.

What You Will Be Doing:
Proactively source talent via job boards/social media
Manage job postings
Conduct initial screenings for role fit
Coordinate interviews with tech teams, facilitate the offer management
Build/maintain candidate pipeline
Maintain a great candidate-company and your own experience!

Background and Skills Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience.
Tech Familiarity: Proven track record of hiring for Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Cloud, or other core IT roles.
Deep Assessment Skill: A strong eye for technical talent. You don't just match keywords in resumes, you evaluate a candidate’s genuine problem-solving skills and project impact.
Tools: Good knowledge of job boards and experience working with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Traits: Organized with multi-role management skills; thrives in a 100% remote, highly collaborative, yet self-driven setup.

Experience recruiting for startup or remote teams
Experience hiring international or remote developers

Consistently sharing quality profiles with hiring managers
Closing open positions within reasonable timelines without sacrificing the candidate experience.
Managing the hiring process smoothly from sourcing to offer stage
Building strong candidate pipelines for future roles
Developing an intuitive understanding of what tech roles actually do.
