About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience
to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have
experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and hiring candidates
across various functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to create
job descriptions and recruitment plans.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee
referrals, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring metrics.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
