Role Overview
We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer Intern to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products, including our website and job board. If you're passionate about creating user-centered designs that drive results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging user interfaces for our website and job board, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms
• Conduct user research to understand user psychology and behavior, informing design decisions that meet user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that align with business objectives
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using Figma
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to ensure design quality and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Expected Qualifications

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies
• Experience with Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of user psychology and behavior
• Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
