Associate Product Designer

Aumbre is looking for Product Designers who understand how products work, not just how they look.

Aumbre works across Product Design, UX and Behavioral Design, helpining businesses across BFSI, fintech, SaaS industries design better digital products by understanding how people think, behave and make decisions within products.

As a Product Designer, you will:

• Understand the product, business problem and user behavior before designing.
• Solve UX problems across real, production-level products and systems.
• Think through multiple states, edge cases, flows and interactions not just the happy path.
• Translate behavioral and product thinking into clear, usable interfaces.
• Own your projects from problem understanding through design and handoff.
• Explain and defend your design decisions with clear reasoning.

Who Should Apply:

• Understand UX beyond visual design.
• Can identify and solve UX problems independently.
• Understand behavioral design and consumer behavior and can apply it to product experiences.
• Know how production-level products work states, edge cases, systems, constraints and usability.
• Can work with complex products and turn complexity into simple experiences.
• Have strong product design fundamentals and are highly proficient in Figma.

03. Design Assignment
Candidates who clear the interview receive a practical product design assignment.

04. Personality Round
A final conversation to understand how you think, communicate and work.

05. Offer
Successful candidates receive an offer from Aumbre.
