Bibby is an AI-powered LaTeX editor built specifically for researchers. We handle all the frustrating parts of academic writing — auto-generating citations in any format, rendering equations from photos, fixing syntax errors in plain English, and reviewing papers against journal standards before submission.

Over 2000+ researchers at Yale, MIT, Oxford, NYU, and 50+ other institutions have made the switch from Google Docs and Overleaf. Now we're building the sales engine to land university-wide contracts, and we need our first Sales GTM Engineer to lead that charge.

Lead technical discovery calls with research computing teams, department IT, and faculty leads at universities
→
Build custom Bibby demos tailored to specific disciplines — physics, biochemistry, CS, social sciences, medicine
→
Own POC delivery for institution-wide pilots: SSO/SAML setup, centralized billing, custom journal template libraries
→
Handle university procurement RFPs, security questionnaires, FERPA/data governance reviews
→
Build GTM tooling: lab onboarding automations, trial-to-paid conversion flows, usage dashboards for account managers
→
Translate field feedback from researchers and professors into product requirements that actually ship
→
Evangelize at academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, IEEE, ACL, etc.) and campus research events
→
Develop API documentation and integration guides for research computing teams adopting Bibby at scale
